Hallfield School is an equal opportunities employer, employing over 130 members of staff; teachers, teaching assistants and support staff in administration, finance and estates.
The current Head Master, Keith Morrow, was appointed in September 2018 as the 14th Head of Hallfield School as the school celebrates its rich and distinguished 140 years as one of the leading Prep Schools in the country.
The Head Master, Senior Team and Governors have embarked on planning a new and exciting future for Hallfield, building on its excellent academic reputation and moving it forward to reflect the very best practice in current educational thinking, both in terms of pupil achievement and pupil personal development.
We are seeking a number of people in key roles to join our team. You must have a passion and commitment to helping our children become the best they can be and have an open mind, the ability to be self-reflective and a commitment to continuous improvement. We want people to join the Hallfield Team who radiate enthusiasm and commitment and who want to make a positive difference to the lives of the delightful pupils who come to Hallfield.
If you are a passionate individual, want to help shape our future and develop your own career in an exceptional school, then we want to hear from you.
The ability to think outside the box, to laugh at yourself and come to school every day with a spring in your step and a smile on your face are qualities we look for in all of our staff.
We look forward to receiving your application.
The school is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
All posts are subject to satisfactory references which are requested prior to an interview, an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, medical check, evidence of qualifications, plus verification of the right to work in the UK.
The Governors and Head Master are constantly striving to improve the facilities and working conditions at the school. Hallfield School offers competitive salaries, TPS pensions for teaching staff and a private pension scheme for support staff as well as a Death-in-Service benefit.
