Eve joined Hallfield School in 1995 and has, during her time here, taught a range of subjects to both the Pre-Prep and Prep School pupils.
Up until 1995, Hallfield was a boys-only school. With the introduction of female pupils came additional pastoral responsibility which Eve swiftly took on. Since then she has always played a hand in pastoral care at Hallfield School.
As Assistant Head: Head of Wellbeing, Eve aims to ensure that every pupil feels happy, safe, secure, understood and valued at Hallfield School.
Cordelia joined Hallfield School in 2012 as Head of Languages and established Spanish alongside French in the Modern Languages curriculum; all the children from Year 3 onwards develop as dual linguists at Hallfield. Cordelia, who is is married with twin daughters and loves music, has also taught English to Years 5 and 6, has been a form tutor in Year 5.
Cordelia holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Management with the Open University and is currently studying for the NASENCO award in her role as Head of Learning Support at Birmingham University. This role encompasses leadership of the provision for children with Special Educational Needs throughout our school community as well as those whose Gifts and Talents are also nurtured at Hallfield.
As an HR Manager, Ruth is a pragmatic leader and a highly respected team player who creates robust strategies to translate vision into reality with strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a passion for making a difference.
Ruth is an influential HR Manager with over 20 years’ experience and a sustained record of success in the Private and Public Sector. She also has an extensive background in diverse service, managing complex HR initiatives to achieve strategic business objectives.
