Andreas Antona – Hallfield Insights

For one night only, Michelin star chef Andreas Antona will share stories from a career spanning almost 50 years in the kitchens of some of the UK’s most famous hotels and restaurants including the Ritz, where he cooked food for A-List celebrities and royalty.

The team from his two Midlands restaurants Simpsons (Edgbaston), and The Cross (Kenilworth), will be serving some delicious canapés and a glass of wine to accompany Andreas’ talk.

There are only 50 tickets available so don’t miss your chance to secure your seat at the “chefs table” for this exclusive occasion. The event is from 19:00-20:00, with arrival from 18:30. Canapés to be served are:

• Mushroom & truffle risotto
• Fish & chips
• Coffee éclair
• Chocolate & salted caramel delice
• Passion fruit & mango delice

Upon booking you can specify if you would prefer ‘vegetarian’ or ‘non-vegetarian’.

Tickets cost just £15 per person and all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Simpsons’ chosen charity StreetSmart. Ticket holders should be aged 18+.
