Athletics Meeting at Bluecoat Tues 24th May.

Our teams did well with all boys age groups coming second, U9s missing out by one point.

Highlight was the U 9 Girls and the U11 Girls winning their competitions.

Well done to Kathryn Lewis, Millie Shaylor, Libby Shepherd and Sienna Williams in the U9s and Aliya Mukadam, Macy Minlah, Anneka Brench and Asha Peacock in the U11s.

 There were lots of individual  winners including Anneka, Aliya, Sienna, Kathryn, Oliver Hudson, Josh Hale, Saif Mukadam, Ben Hale and Matthew Ritson.

The relay teams changed the baton well with the U9 boys team of Josh, Saif, Oliver and Lewis Smith running a dead heat. Had we won outright we would have won that competetion as well….hard luck boys!

Thanks to the whole squad for their efforts and to Mr Batchelor and Mrs Finnegan for their help.  Finally thank you to the parents for their great support.
