Individual Music Lessons

We currently have 13 peripatetic staff many of whom perform regularly with professional orchestras and work as music examiners or adjudicators in addition to their teaching schedules.

At present children may learn piano, violin, viola, cello, flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, cornet, trombone, tenor horn, French horn, drum kit, guitar, recorder and singing.  Children are encouraged to make speedy progress and are then able to join our various groups.

There is a 10 week trial period in which children can try out an instrument of their choice from Year 3 and above.
