Pre-Prep children
Welcome to Hallfield Pre-Prep.
The Pre-Prep department encompasses Transition, Early Years and Years 1 and 2. It has an excellent reputation as a happy and structured environment in which the children receive an accelerated start to their education.
The curriculum in the Pre-Prep department ensures that the children receive a thorough grounding in all the traditional education skills involve in Literacy, Numeracy and Science which has resulted in outstanding OFSTED reports. The social, moral, cultural and spiritual development of the pupils is actively promoted in order to ensure a happy environment in which the children learn to respect and care for one another and develop an awareness of issues in the world around them.
A close liaison is encouraged between parents and staff in these most important formative years and parents are given every opportunity to discuss their child’s progress.
Children can join the Pre-Prep at any time subject to a morning assessment and availability of a place.
