Welcome Back Concert

We are pleased to introduce our collaborators for the upcoming Welcome Back Concert. The Midland Chamber Orchestra is a non-profit amateur chamber orchestra based in Birmingham, conducted by William Cheung, an Old Hallfieldian. They typically perform 3-4 concerts each year, primarily featuring classical music but occasionally incorporating pieces from other eras like the Baroque and Romantic periods. Established in 2018, the orchestra’s members comprise of teachers, students, young professionals, and recent alumni of conservatories. The orchestra prioritises the quality of the music and works hard to produce high-standard and enjoyable performances. Additionally, MCO supports emerging young artists from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire by providing a platform for solo performances with the orchestra.
